Our Flat Fee Divorce Rates

LZCounsel LLC offers flat fees for representation in uncontested divorces in Cook County, Illinois, and surrounding counties. Depending upon the circumstances of the case, pricing for an uncontested divorce is the following:

  • Starting at $1,195 — Uncontested Divorce with No Minor Children

  • Starting at $1,595 — Uncontested Divorce with Minor Children

Please note these flat rates do not include county court filing or service of process fees.

Our uncontested divorce services generally include the following:

  • Reviewing mediation documents

  • Drafting of the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, Marital Settlement Agreement, and Allocation Judgment of Parental Responsibilities and Parenting Plan (if applicable), Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, and other necessary court documents

  • E-signing of all documents (to the extent of court rules)

  • E-filing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court

  • Appearance at the prove-up hearing
